After initially contacting JP Hardwood, I got a response back almost immediately. They were extremely approachable and collaborative on removing and installing a floor in my guest room. After guiding me through the materials I'd need, we agreed on a date. The guys showed up on time completed the job in less than a day. On time, responsive, transparent, fair, and professional. 5 stars.
Johnny and his team refinished my parquet floor and I was very happy with the result. There were a few deep scratches, and they were able to get them all out. I was especially pleased with his professionalism and flexibility. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the color and everything was set up to get the job done on time.
